Steps to Becoming our Tenant
​

1. To request a tour, please first fill out our application on Leaserunner.
​ Email [email protected] for the link to the application.

2. Following a viewing, if both parties are in agreement, we will use Leaserunner for your background check. Leaserunner will charge you $37 for this, which will be credited to your first month's rent if you are accepted. Leaserunner will send us your credit report and criminal background check. Applicants with poor credit and/or a criminal background will not be accepted.

Landlord Requirements:


  • Application with Credit and Criminal History Check
  • No Smoking
  • One Year Lease
  • Security Deposit = One Month's Rent
  • Cats and small dogs only; $300 nonrefundable deposit per pet
